So people, a lot of us like stephanie meyer and her awesome books about love, and a little about vampires- because truthfully, they aren't about vampires, they are about bella and edward. I read these books not knowing that they were popular, or that there were fan sites, fan girls, and a craze. It's pretty ridiculous. One, nobody out there is going to get edward cullen, he ISN"T yours, neither is carlisle, or bella, or alice. Neither do these people exist in the form of any of your friends, or yourself. Knowing that these books are really popular hasn't distracted from their value, i love them, and yes, i may be obsessed (i am). If you go to Forks Washington you won't find vampires, nor werewolves in la push. If they existed in those places at one time, do you think they still live there? the movie, i'm not going to see it. Stephanie meyer had really not a lot of say in the making of it, robert pattinson doesn't turn me on, at all and i think that none of the actors chosen are good, i don't think that anyone would successfully capture these beloved characters. I'm not going to let a bad movie nearly ruin a really good book, like eragon. GAG.
i'm really enjoying anne rice books right now, she writes ABOUT vampires, which is interesting, read violin as well. I know, twilight may inspire you, give you reason to live, you may think about edward, bella, and carlisle all the time- i alsmost do. all i'm saying is that i was not influenced by society to read these books, i just picked them up, just like i did with wuthering heights, 1984, the giver, tamora pierce, t.a. barron, and any number of great books and authors. i just had to write that, even if nobody read it.
